"The Diamond Club" is a private membership service club limited to 22% of our clients. We offer it to people who really love their home and want to protect it from unexpected plumbing breakdowns or worse...water damage! The member benefits are as follows:
1. Once a year, a member of our team will give your home a thorough plumbing inspection, scheduled service and FREE plumbing system adjustments including all connected equipment. Part of this list includes:
- All toilets are checked and tested for leaks and smooth operation. Any needed adjustments are FREE!
- All of your faucets are tested and must pass a rigid Performance Test. If they don't they'll be adjusted FREE of charge!
- All exposed water lines are checked for any damage
- All of the piping under bathroom and kitchen sinks are checked for any sign of potential water damage.
- Drain vision for your home's mainline drainage artery! Avoid the nasty inconvenience of back-ups.
2. You go to the Front of the Line! As a member of "The Diamond Club," you'll go to the front of the line and to the top of our appointment book if you ever need plumbing service. We guarantee same day service.
3. You Get Discounts on Repairs, Drain Maintenance and Replacement Fixtures! As a member, you'll take advantage of any unadvertised specials. You'll get a whopping 15% discount (a preferred service rate) for any plumbing repair or drain service. You will receive a 5% discount on fixture replacements. Superior Plumbing and Heating will provide a full, two year guarantee on any and all repairs and replacements. No other plumber in our area will give you these services!

Your always a winner when you're a Superior Club Member. Only 22% of our customer base is reserved for Superior Club Membership that guarantees front of the line, top priority service, valuable scheduled maintenance and discounts on repairs.
When you become a Superior Club Member you can expect our professional technicians to maintain your heating and cooling system for peak efficiency. Regular scheduled maintenance helps to avoid potential breakdowns, major repairs and ultimately reduces utility costs and enhances equipment life. Safety inspections help avoid potential carbon monoxide issues and potential failures through examinations. Your membership will pay for itself year after year. - Silver Club: Includes safety inspection, 20% discount on repairs, 10% discount on major equipment. FRONT OF THE LINE SERVICE
- Gold Club: Includes all of the benefits of the SILVER CLUB PLUS: scheduled service to protect the system to extend its life, gain peak energy efficiency, and keep it clean!
